TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Scholarships will be awarded by raffle. All applicants will be entered  and winners will be chosen randomly by the EMCEEs the day of the festival on May 17, 2025.  Winners must be present to win.

Deadline for all Applications for all Scholarships is May 3, 2025. No entries will be accepted thereafter. 

For the Music Scholarship:

• Applicant must be within the Bay Area. Additional charges for travel of instructor may apply.

For all Sport  and Dance Scholarships:

• Coach or Parent should apply for minors
• Kumu Hulas and/or Directors must approve ALL applications
• Applicants must sign a Marketing and Public relations release form
• Winners will be required to show proof of identity and age. Minors will require Parent/Guardian approval or may be disqualified.
