TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Scholarships will be awarded by raffle. All applicants will be entered  and winners will be chosen randomly by the EMCEEs. Ages of winners will need to be verified.

For the Art Scholarship:

• Applicant must submit their artwork via email as a high resolution JPEG or PNG format only to islandsbythebay@gmail.com
• Deadline for Application is April 30, 2023. No entries will be accepted thereafter.
• All designs must incorporate all three criteria: 1. AAPI Heritage 2. San Francisco Bay Area 3. Spirit of Aloha or Community
• Finalists will be chosen and voted on by the Board of Directors of Legacies of the Pacific.
• Winner(s) will be announce on May 7th and applicants must be present to win.
• Artwork will become property of the City of San Francisco.
• Winners will  be required to show proof of identity, age, and their current GPA. If those three criteria are not met, Applicant will be disqualified.
• Winner(s) will receive $1000 when all criteria is verified.
• Applicant's Non-Profit choice must be on application, or the proceeds will go to the HOPE Cancer Docuseries Project.
